What we expect from team members
ExpertiseDemonstrable knowledge of the field you are applying for—for example, CS2, Minecraft, VPS, web hosting, or plugin development.
ReliabilityMeeting agreed-upon deadlines, maintaining regular communication via the ticket system, and treating customers fairly.
Own business registrationFor paid collaboration with XENTITY, we require that you have your own business registration number and be able to properly manage your own income and documentation.
SafetyYou must not share customer login information, store it beyond what is necessary, or use it for any purpose other than the order.
QualityBefore delivery, the order must be tested, and the customer must receive a summary of what has been done.
Terms and Conditions XENTITYFor orders assigned via XENTITY, a platform commission is recorded at the rate set in the system, which is 25% by default.
